FAQ’s


Thank you so much for your interest in my work. Please read through this page carefully as it should answer all your questions for what to expect before and during your tattoo session. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How to book/ consultations:

  • Please fill out the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I have consultations with all my clients before we set an appointment. This is to ensure that I fully understand your vision, and to make sure I will be a good fit for the tattoo.

  • Consultations are either in person at the shop, or over the phone if you reside outside of San Diego.

  • Although consultations are free, if you would like to make an appointment a $200 non refundable deposit is required .

  • I love tattooing in different styles but I do specialize in black and grey realism and illustrative pieces. Tattoos in this style and that give me creative freedom will get priority.

Pricing/ deposit:

  • I charge $200 an hour

  • A $200 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit is applied to the finished piece, and comes off the last session.

  • Pricing is determined by size, placement, detail, etc.. I will do my best to give you an accurate estimate for larger tattoos. Smaller pieces are either by the hour or a flat fee.

cancellation or reschedule:

  • I require a 2 day minimum notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it’s after that two day window your deposit is forfeit, and you’ll need to leave a new deposit if you want to make another appointment.

  • I do allow one free reschedule as I realize things happen and people get sick etc..but if it happens more then once then your deposit is forfeit.

  • Again the deposit is Non Refundable

How should I prepare for my Appointment:

  • Ensure you have eaten a good meal beforehand

  • Get a good nights rest

  • Stay well-hydrated

  • Bring snacks.

  • We do provide water, there are also many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance from the shop.

  • Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine consumption

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area being tattooed

  • Feel free to bring a laptop or iPad with you. I just ask that you wear headphones

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Clients who are more than 30min late (without a valid reason) will have to reschedule their appointment and their deposit will be forfeit.

  • If you no call/ no show your deposit is forfeit

Will I need to fill out any paperwork?

  • Yes, upon arrival, you'll be asked to complete a consent form. This form outlines the details of the tattoo process and ensures that you understand the risks involved. Your artist will also discuss any specific health concerns or allergies you may have.

  • Please bring a valid ID.

  • You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo in the state of California, NO EXCEPTIONS

Can I bring someone with me to my tattoo appointment?

  • Feel free to bring one guest with you while you get tattooed. Please remember to take phone calls outside, and to keep conversation at a low tone as there are other artists working.
